Christmas Escape Room Winter Holiday Team Builder - Escape the Snow Globe: This winter escape room activity is the perfect teambuilder activity. Use this engaging activity to foster classroom community and improve students’ team building and problem-solving skills!
Students will begin by reading a backstory that sets up the escape room: after wandering into a mysterious side room at a winter craft fair, you and your friends become trapped inside a magical snow globe! Students will then circulate the room to six different stations, using a response booklet to record their answers to a series of winter themed puzzles, riddles, and tasks to make their way out of the snow globe and back to the real world!
This Christmas escape room activity is a great way to get students up and moving together! The resource includes everything you need to facilitate the activity in your classroom. This works well as a Christmas escape room, but there are no direct references to Christmas, so it can be used at any time of the year.
How The Christmas Escape Room Works:
Students read the one-page back story that introduces the escape room. A group of friends are at a school craft fair when they find a hidden booth selling beautiful snow globes. When the mysterious vendor becomes irritated with them, they find themselves magically trapped inside one of the globes. They must solve puzzles, riddles, and tasks at different stations to have a chance to escape.
Students use a response booklet to record their answers to the puzzles/riddles as they circulate the room to different stations.
Included With The Christmas Escape Room:
➡️ Detailed Teacher Instructions: Use these detailed instructions for setting up the room and facilitating the escape room for your students.
