Christmas Parts of Speech Activity - Coloring Hidden Holiday Mystery Pictures: Help your students learn parts of speech during the Christmas season with these fun hidden mystery grid pictures. A color code is provided and each box has a word that students must color based on what part of speech it is! Students must know their parts of speech to know which color to use. How To Use This Activity:
Students must be familiar with the nine parts of speech used in the activity. On each mystery picture page, there is a legend on the left advising students which color to use when they identify the part of speech in the picture. For example, the word is "glass". Glass is a noun, and according to the legend, students color the rectangles with nouns yellow. Once all colors are in their proper color, a Christmas-themed picture is revealed!
